The Role

As Assistant Reception and Reservation Manager, you support the Reception and Reservations Manager in leading the team that welcomes every guest. You are the first and last impression of the restaurant, making sure each guest feels part of the LPM family from the first booking to the moment they leave.

What you'll do

• Handle bookings across phone, email and online

• Support the team and step up when needed

• Help manage covers and the daily book

• Keep guest profiles accurate and useful

• Work closely with Guest Relations and the floor

• Handle special requests and larger bookings

What you need

• 3 to 5 years in the same role in a similar restaurant, managing a team of at least 8 people

• Excellent English, spoken and written. Other languages are a plus

• Strong guest service skills, including complaint handling and guest relations

• Confident with reservation software, POS and cash handling

• Organised, with an eye for detail and good reporting skills

• Natural mentor with a warm, professional presence

• Solid knowledge of the F&B industry in Dubai
